The master comes with a separate private entrance to the house. It's a flexible space that could be used as a separate mother-in-law unit. Comes with an alcove kitchen (easy to conceal), a fireplace, wardrobe, bedroom, and bathroom with two separate entries. It's an excellent work from home space! Can come fully furnished with a California king bed (optional).

The current roommates are all easy-going, COVID-conscious, outdoorsy hikers, and skiers! The lease is flexible in that if you want out you are just responsible for finding someone to replace you. Rent is $1050/month.
