ACCESSIBILITY:
- Apartment is located on the second-floor of the building which is only accessible by staircase.
- There are no grab-bars in the apartment. Washroom has a shower/tub combo.
- I drink occasionally, don’t smoke (neither weed/cigarettes) but do not mind if you do (smoking is only permitted outdoors, there is a small landing connected to the fire escape outdoors)
- I don’t use scented products/candles that much, but totally willing to accommodate a scent-free environment if need be
- I’m a pretty quiet/introverted person at home. I do enjoy music and watching TV & movies, cooking
