Location: • On the bus line • 5 minutes from Publix and Kroger • 30 minutes to Decatur bus station by bus / 15 minutes by car • 20 minutes to downtown

House Rules & Expectations: • Cleanliness is non-negotiable, I keep the house very clean, and I expect the same. • No smoking inside (you’re welcome to smoke outside), no drugs, no drama, no pets. • No excessive company or loud, disruptive behavior — this is a peaceful home. • All utilities are included in the rent unless usage becomes excessive.
I’m laid-back, easy to get along with, and mostly keep to myself. I’m looking for someone professional, dependable, and very clean, reliability and cleanliness are deal-breakers.
