I am looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease in a 2br, 2ba flex apartment in a high-end building located in Financial District.

Rent: $ 2.1k

One-time Admin Fee: $ 1k

No broker fee

The room is the master bedroom and will come furnished with a bed frame/mattress, desk, chair, mirror, lamps, nightstand, and drawer. It also comes with a big closet, ac unit, and big windows. The apartment has a dishwasher and in-unit washer & dryer. It is located along Wall Street so there is easy access to:

Duane Reade right below the building
3-min walk to City Acres Market for groceries
8-min walk to Whole Foods
4-min walk to 2,3 express subway
8-min walk to 1 local subway
2-min walk to ferry
4-min walk to Stone Street

There are three other roommates in the apartment. They are all nice and like to keep things neat/clean. The building comes with rooftop amenities including a rooftop gym, lounge, and terrace with a basketball court and grills.

The start date is flexible. It can be January 1st or January 15th. The rent is $ 2.1k. No broker fee. But there is an additional $ 1k admin fee imposed by the building. The current lease ends June end of month, with the option to extend the lease for another year.
