Hey -- I' m Joe, a 24 year-old working in tech and software and was recently offered a job that allows me to work remotely from almost anywhere. I've been in the Midwest my whole life and have been longing to move out of here

I'm planning on moving down to South Florida or north Austin, near Round Rock, within the next month and am looking for a roommate to lease a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment with OR a furnished, working-ready roomshare/spare room to rent out and work in while I get things all set up :) I'd consider myself super easy going, considerate and clean

A place in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or in northern Austin near Round Rock would be awesome! Being by the beach or the water would be a bonus, especially to look as I'm working. I love to play ball hockey, billiards, and love chatting and getting to know people better, especially on a balcony/patio/deck with some really good drinks
