Room in 4BR Astoria Apartment for Feb 1st!

Looking for someone to replace me in a four bedroom, one bath apartment! Apartment has a huge kitchen, dishwasher, and a small rooftop patio! It is a second floor walk up, close to the last stop of the N/W train and several buses. The room has a ton of storage compartments and shelves as well as two windows. It comfortably fits a full sized bed! Along with three easygoing, awesome roommates, there is a sweet golden retriever/lab mix dog. They are not looking to add any more pets to the apartment. Your roommates would be three women in their late 20s/early 30s who enjoy going out for a drink from time to time but also like to keep the apartment pretty chill. They enjoy hanging out and catching up but also respect each other's privacy. Rent is $825 and utilities + internet are about $50 per month. Move in costs: $825 deposit + $825 first month's rent. Move in date is February 1st but I can be a little flexible on that. Please send me a little info about yourself - we'd love to meet ya!
