Looking for Roommate to Share 2x2 in Prime Lakeview Location
Hello,
I am searching for a new roommate to move into the 2x2 apartment that I have been living in for the past 3 1/2 years. My current lease is ending on 7/31 and would like to renew, however, my current roommate of the past 2 years will be moving in with his boyfriend. The lease is over on 7/31, but he is flexible on when he is able to move over the summer so June or July move ins are all possibilities. Would just need to coordinate dates with him.
I am open to male or female roommates.
The apartment is on the newer/luxury end of the Chicago apartment market- SS appliances, granite, hardwood floors, updated fixtures, etc. The apartment is fully furnished in the common areas including all kitchen items, and you will be welcome to use anything you need.
The available bedroom is 11x11 with excellent closet space with a detached private bathroom complete with a long vanity counter and jacuzzi tub.
Rent will be about $1500 per month + $150 if you would like dedicated use of the parking space. The additional utilities would be gas, electric, and internet. $100-$150 depending on the season. If you do not have a car we will split the parking space for guest use.
The location is perfect- a 2 min walk from the Belmont CTA station, walkable to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and Wrigley!
