The townhouse is located in The Preserve at Piscataway in Accokeek, MD a quiet residential neighborhood on the border of Ft. Washington and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full /1 half bathrooms, a living room, dining room, gas range kitchen, large energy efficient washer, dishwasher, and a second level deck, FiOS 2 Gig, including Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, & HBO.

The three unfurnished available rooms include an en-suite bedroom (11x14) which is located on the first level and 2 other bedrooms (12x10) and (12x11) which are located on the third floor. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom. The community features include a pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and is surprisingly close to the shopping and dining options of National Harbor and Old Town in Alexandria, providing a short commute for those working across the Woodrow Wilson bridge. It’s also only minutes away from the Fort Washington Marina and is just a short drive to the rural setting of Brandywine & Waldorf with its numerous stores and dining options.

A professional in my late 40’s, I’m laid back and enjoy experiencing life. I enjoy the outdoors, photography, being active (most any outdoor activities), and relaxing. I make it my personal goal to treat people the way that I would like to be treated and expect the same in return.

The Details: Looking for guys who are laid back, responsible, and respectful. I request at least a 3 month stay and 30 days notice prior to move out if longer than 3 months, though I can be more flexible for military tenants with orders. The rent for the 1st bedroom w/private bathroom is $1050 and $1000 for the other bedrooms + ¼ utilities and a security deposit of one month’s rent. The 1st floor room (photos attached) is currently available and the other 2 (no photos yet) will soon be available.
