A few important things to know: I’m relocating from Austin with verified income ready, looking for a direct sublet or roommate agreement. I come with Jasper, my sweet senior cat who sleeps about 20 hours a day and has flawless litter habits. Lastly, while I teach and play guitar, zero students ever come to the apartment (I travel to them), and any personal playing at home is strictly low-volume acoustic or through headphones.
