**About Us**

We're a couple of working professionals in our 30s, both in estate management, on a steady Monday-to-Friday, nine-to-five rhythm. Weeknights are pretty quiet around here — dinner, a walk with the dog, an early night more often than not.

Weekends are the opposite. You'll usually find us out hiking, paddleboarding, or biking, and we're not shy about ending the day at a brewery or winery. A few times a season we load up our camper van and take off for a weekend trip somewhere up or down the coast.

We come as a package deal with Topa, our small dog, who goes with us everywhere we go. She's crate-trained, easygoing, and genuinely part of the household — so whoever moves in should be comfortable living with a dog around.

We're social and like having an occasional gathering— small BBQs, friends over, a glass of wine on the balcony — and we'd encourage you to do the same. Host your people, enjoy the space and make it yours. We're equally happy being your best friend or giving you all the space you want; you set the dial and we'll follow it. The house should feel like a shared home, not a rental with strangers in it.

We keep the place relaxed but tidy, and we're looking for someone with a similar rhythm: respectful of shared space, easy to get along with, and happy with a calm house during the week. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear a bit about yourself.

Two-bedroom, two-bath house with a layout that actually gives you room to breathe. You'd get your own bedroom and bathroom, with shared living space that's split across two floors so it never feels cramped.

- Converted two-car garage downstairs, now a second living room lounge: great for movie nights, working from home, or having your own corner of the house

A short walk to Summerland Beach, with easy access to Santa Barbara and Carpinteria for work, groceries, and weekend wandering.

**The vibe**
Laid-back professionals on a Monday–Friday schedule. We're outdoorsy — hiking, beach biking, weekend trips — and you'll usually find us at a brewery or winery on a Saturday. There's a small, crate-trained dog named Topa who goes just about everywhere with us, so you'd need to be comfortable with a friendly pup around.

**Looking for**
