I have an extra room available for co-leasing in Pulaski Park (bordering Wicker). Bedroom is about 9ftx7ft with an extra 3x3 closet space. The shared living area is about 26ftx20ft in total which includes kitchen and living area. Shared living area is partially furnished with a couch, coffee table, TV, and TV stand so you don't even have to worry about that! Currently have a two-person bar area serving as a dining table but plan to add some more furniture along the way. Please let me know if you are also bringing some furniture or have any suggestions.
