Furnished Room for Rent in Quiet Neighborhood

Roommate wanted to share my home in Parkville. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. I am a few houses away from a major bus route and within walking distance to a shopping center, 2 banks, several restaurants and fast food places, a bakery, and CVS.

You will have access to the whole house. Room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser and a night stand. It also has a ceiling fan, two mirrors (one body length on wall), a window air conditioner, and two windows. There is one full bathroom that would be shared, and a powder room in the basement. The basement is partially finished with carpet and paneling and has some storage space. There is a private back porch that includes a small Bistro Table Set and two chairs, perfect for eating outside on a warm, sunny day!

I have Xfinity Cable and Wi-Fi. There is cable hook-up in your room, if you have a cable ready t.v. You can also use same line for Xfinity Internet, if that is the ISP you use or want.

Rent is $600.00, which includes all utilities. A Security Deposit of $600.00 is also required, with at least half or $300.00 down to move in. The rest will be due one month later with your next payment of rent.

Room will be available to move in on December 20th. You would have to come see it first and if you like it and want to take it, you need to fill out an application. I will need three references, the name, address and phone number of your current Landlord, and proof of income.
