Private bathroom, garage parking, huge yard with pool, water softener, extra large doggie door, dogs and cats are welcome as long as they are well behaved and friendly. Cul de sack so it’s super quiet. I’m pretty laid back and work long hours in sales so I’m not around much. I don’t mind if you have friends or family over. The whole inside of the house is freshly remodeled and bathrooms are getting remodeled mid October. Wifi is included, we split SRP.
