I’m 28 years old and originally from California. I moved to Virginia a little over two years ago and I love it. I’ve been involved professionally in animal welfare/care for the past 5 years. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and also relaxing at home. While I am definitely a social person, it’s important to me to have a home where we can decompress and recharge. Despite moving in almost a year ago, the apartment is still pretty bare so I’m hoping for someone who wants to add their own style, help furnish the place together, and maybe make a friend in the process!

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate who is able to move in September (flexible date if needed!) to take over my roommate's portion of the lease until January 2026 (with the option to renew)

About the apartment: Two bedroom, two full bath. (The available room has a detached full bathroom with a tub/shower). Spacious living area and dining room. Large kitchen with tons of counter and cabinet space including oven, stove, & microwave. In unit washer & dryer. Balcony that overlooks a small patch of woods & creek. Brand new wood floors. Very quiet and the apartment gets a lot of light. Pool, gym, stretching room, amazon hub & mail room, work center with desks and printers, community room, trash room. Pet friendly!
About the area: Conveniently located right next to 66 and Lee Hwy but tucked away enough to where you don’t hear traffic. Within walking distance to metro, Safeway, Starbucks, CVS, Walgreens, and several restaurants. Two miles away from the Mosaic District. I have loved living here for the past year! The complex offers everything you might need and the location is perfect whether you have a car or prefer public transit. The neighbors have been fantastic and it has the most beautiful view.
