Anthony N - $1,000/month

Hey!
I'm Anthony, I'm from Charlotte NC but originally from the DC area
I am currently (in the process of) getting my license as a Real Estate Agent in the state of NY and just would like a place for possibly a few months.

I am currently not going to school, however I am just taking a gap year to earn some money, which is why, as I said, I'm applying to be an agent haha.

Hmm..
I love to cook
I like organization though I'm not a stickler, to each their own
I own plants, that's the closest thing to a pet that I will bring
and lastly I like the arts so pardon me if I bust out a show tune here and there. :)
