Hi, I have lived in my apartment for 3 years with my buddy and he’s moving in with his girlfriend so I am looking for someone to take over his room. I have a cat who is very clean but can admittedly be a bit loud (but is very sweet). I’m 28, work 5 days a week, and keep a pretty clean, quiet living space. I’m pretty easy going, and looking for someone similar. The apartment is on the top floor of 4 story walk up, on the corner so there is a lot of light. It is also across the street from a grocery store and right by a laundromat which is very convenient.
