I am looking to move in mid-July or later. Close TO DOWNTOWN HENDERSON (89015 zip code). Preferably around $800. I am a school teacher in Henderson, currently am and will still be tutoring in Green Valley Ranch. Since I also work for the City of Las Vegas online (rarely), I simply need a quiet corner to occasionally work, tutor online, and sleep. A bed, closet, and desk are enough for me (I can purchase a desk). I am getting my 3rd degree online, so I am also a student. I try to keep most of my belongings in storage: I don't like to clutter "unseasonal stuff." However, I do need a closet: I am a teacher after all. I am always working and had to cut the budget due to my mother's chemos this year. Such an event was a turning point in my life and HS math teacher at accredited school has been my goal, so I didn't and don't have time to play around. Granted, my upcoming income is reasonable for much more than one room all year long. However, I only care about the efficiency of my life and optimization of my routine. I like to e-bike to school! I am getting a car once I am medically cleared (no longer an issue if you're wondering). If there is no parking spot and I can e-bike, it would be totally fine. I am also active during weekends (kayaking, gym, swimming, biking), so I am away during that time unless I quietly study. Please, serious inquiries only. No drama.
| My maximum monthly budget | 800 |
| Move in Date | Aug 2024 |
| Age | 30 |
| Occupation | Education And Coding |
| Pets | No Pets |
| Hometown | Washington D.C., Dc, Usa |
| Education | Two Degrees Working On The Third |
We think Katya would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
