Little Room in Washington Heights

Here's an introduction to our cozy home. There are two humans that live in the space; Carlton and Justin. Carlton has one dog named May and one cat named Stormy. Justin has one dog named Willow. All of the animals are very friendly. We have lived in the for 2 and a half years.

Carlton is a working professional that is either at work, outside socializing, or playing video games. Justin is a creative professional that is often outside with his dog or attending different shows. We're both pretty clean people and are not loud. LGBT+

Utilities are not included in the cost of living for the apartment. Each roommate pays electricity via ConEd and internet via Spectrum.

The room is roughly 8' by 8'. Currently there is a sturdy loft in the room. If you like it, you can use it.

The apartment is a few walking blocks from the 1/A trains. There's several grocery stores in the area. Other things around include Target, ChickFilA, and Fort Tryon park.

Move in cost for the apartment is one month. Rent, you pay a $1,000 move-in fee and the first month. If you are interested in the apartment, please reach out to us to schedule a physical or digital viewing.
