It’s a bright, homey 2-bedroom at the top of prewar brownstone. The living is cozy and thers a bit of a view of the Manhattan skyline for one of the rooms. The bedroom for rent is semifurnished with a full-size bed to assemble, mattress, a couple shelves, table and chair, and a clothes rack—so you can move right in. The second room is a flex room.

💰 Rent: $1,399/month + utilities & Wi-Fi.
