Looking for like minded individuals if possible. Jamband friendly household and all that entails. Phish, Widespread Panic, TOOL, Primus. A lot of music and streams do get played at the house. I’m looking for chill people that won’t be bothered by that kind of thing. Rent is $1600 split 2 or 3 ways plus whatever we need to split for utilities. I have a dog so I prefer people without dogs but other pets are cool. If your dog is really chill and well behaved we can talk about it.
