Hi! I'm looking for someone to takeover my room in a beautiful updated 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment in South Harlem. This would be a lease takeover; move in November 1 (flexible) and the lease ends June 30, 2020 with an option to renew.
The apartment is steps from the 2/3 trains and Whole Foods on 125th -- and a short walk to the 4/5/6/A/C/B/D trains. Elevator building and washer/dryer in unit. Apartment gets a lot of sun and is very spacious. Lots of closet space.
