Shan Y - $1,700/month

I just graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill as a business major. I'm currently looking for a job in finance and plan on moving to NYC in the spring. I sleep fairly early around 10-11pm. I have a small 30lb dog named Blizzard. I'm away from the house to workout 2-3 hours a day 4-5 times a week super consistently. I tend to be more of a homebody but I do go out about once or twice a week at most. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs and prefer someone who is the same. On a scale of tidiness, I consider myself an 8. The messiest I get is when I'm crammed with work/tests and I forget to do dishes for maybe a day or two and leave some extra clothes hanging around but I try to keep my space as neat as possible all the other times. I love movies, Netflix, youtube, working out, reading, and certain video games. The best roommate for me would be someone who isn't too loud, sleeps around the same time I do, has a similar passion for fitness and health, and I can hang out with when I feel like going out. The worst possible fit for me would be someone who comes home and is really loud when it's super late, wants to throw parties regularly, is messy, doesn't like dogs, is racist or mean, wants to smoke and do drugs in the apartment, or steals from me.

Pros of Rooming with me:
I'm quiet and unproblematic
My Sister is a club promoter in NYC and can get us in wherever we want
I plan to be away for hours a day either at work or the gym once I get settled with a job
I have an adorable dog
I cook daily

Cons of Rooming with me:
Some friends say I can be boring sometimes cause I don't drink or party
I'm weird about sharing clothes and food
I like nights to be quiet
