Hey, I’m recently divorced. My wife and I had a lease together and we split and now I’m covering the rent fully as well as my monthly income dropping a little do to that. I’m looking for a roommate. I’m rarely home, and if I am, i keep to myself. The lease is until July and it’s already furnished but I can always put stuff in storage in the meantime.

My apartment is a 2bed room 2 bathroom. It’s full furnished but I’m willing to put my stuff in storage. I need a roommate that is willing to sign onto a lease until July 1st. Rent split down the middle would be $1650 but I’m willing to negotiate that as someone even helping out with rent a little would be useful. I’m rarely ever home and when I am i keep to myself. It’s got a gym, pool, quiet space, free to use computers, a lounge, and a theater room. The parking is gated and covered with cameras on each floor. Both rooms have a walk in closet and a bathroom. The “guest” bedrooms bathroom isn’t attached. If I wasn’t specific before, I am already on the lease I just need a roommate as well. If you have any additional questions or concerns please bring them up as I’m very negotiable. Thank you!
