Peaceful living space in a two bedroom, two bath apartment unit in Central/South Atlanta in a clean and organized luxury complex. With smart-lock door privacy access, most of the apartment you can see in the photos is furnished, and beautifully. Your own room I can have you use the furniture for the first couple weeks until you can have the opportunity to provide some form of your own or ask if you can utilize mine. I am a working professional; I just ask that the person remain respectful, kind, and take pride in the mutual living space. You can use whatever furniture, pots, pans, and other things in the the space within reason.

Shared amenities include a cozy living/dining space, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, your own private bath, attached free WiFi, in community pool, grill, gym, mailroom, pickleball court, within a secured gated community. Monthly asking rent will be $1,100 a month (within negotiating reason) and that includes water and power expenses.
