Looking for a single roommate to occupy 1 bed / 1 private bath in my house. Please read below for details!

Most important things:
- Room is 14'3" x 11'3"
- You would be responsible for half of the energy and internet utilities
- The house is fully furnished except the room for rent
- You would get one permanent garage spot and we would share a 3rd spot (not to be used permanently)
- Zillow application required

Other things you should know:
- I have a 2.5 yo dog (but he is the sweetest, most gentle boi on the planet)
- This property has so much charm, it's ridiculous. I negotiated an offer the day after touring it because I fell in love immediately. Come see for yourself!
- This location is one block away from, in my opinion, the best strip of Broadway (intersection with Ellsworth)
- The property is part of a duplex. My neighbor is a very sweet, single woman who mostly keeps to herself and does not use any of the shared spaces (so the front porch and backyard are essentially just ours)
- There is sooooo much extra storage in the upstairs closets, basement, and garage that you'd be welcome to use
- You could replace the room's chandelier with a different light fixture if you want
- That ugly duct taped spot above the stove will be covered soon with a new backsplash
