Hey all, I have private bedrooms available for rent starting March 1st (or earlier) for $750/mo. The room is unfurnished however the common areas are fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. Electricity and water bills are evenly split amongst the occupants. High-speed internet, trash and pest control are included in the rent in addition to household supplies (detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this time (let’s talk if it’s inside a tank).

The house is situated on a quiet street and just a few blocks away from the Westside Beltline, Breweries and Pittsburgh Yards. Marta bus stops are easily accessible (< 3-minute walk) and Pittman Park is within walking distance (< 2-minute walk). Just a 2-minute drive away are the entrances to I-75/85 and I-20, making the drive to GSU (5 minutes away), GT (10 minutes away), and work commutes super easy.

Room Details: Rent: $750/month Security Deposit: $750 Utilities: ~$100 (depends on the season/month)

About the roomies
Most occupants are working professionals or graduate students working to get careers going and saving money for the next step in life. Currently it’s a mix of male/female all in their 20s/30s.
