I live in a lovely one bedroom sublet (by myself) for the last 2 and a half years in lower Nob Hill. I’m subleasing from a friend and they are ready to move back into their apartment on November 27. That would be my ideal move-in date to your place. However I’m flexible till Jan 1.

I'm looking for a location that allows me to walk or take an easy bus to work. I am an Alfred home manager working for residents of certain high rise apartment buildings in SF, a full time employee of a company called Hello Alfred which provides these services through an app. My buildings are in SOMA and East Cut (south of financial district). I work Monday to Friday 9am to average 5pm.

I'm also looking for Nob Hill, North Beach or another neighborhood that's an easy distance from my dance studio which is in North Beach. I dance there 3 to 4 times a week.

I used to be a personal trainer for 25 years, now I take classes and give myself exercise, dance and yoga. I like a room that has room for a yoga mat and my arms and legs.

Im single, divorced, 2 grown children. I do prepare my food daily so I appreciate access to the kitchen. My food is simple, mostly vegetables 🥗 🥦 and very consistent, and I’m an omnivore.

I have a lot of experience living with roommates (as the lease holder and the secondary tenant) as well as in community settings. I clean up after myself well, communicate well, set boundaries and mind others’ boundaries. I do want a home where nobody minds if I have a friend come over and hang out in my room. I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs.

I keep to myself a lot and I'm also friendly. A combo extrovert/introvert it seems!
