I am originally from Japan and currently working in downtown Fort Lauderdale. I work from 9:00am - 5:00pm, go to the gym after, and get home around 7:30pm - 8:00pm usually. I rarely party and usually do not have overnight guests. On the weekend, I like to be outside, go to the beach, cook, and relax 🙂

Hello! I am looking for a roommate to move in with me to this condo located in Fort Lauderdale. The condo is a private gated community with lots of amenities; heated pools, tennis, fitness center, bbq by pools, clubhouse and much more. This unit is 2 bed/2 baths with plenty of natural lighting and has an updated kitchen with SS appliances. It has bamboo flooring in the main part of the apartment. Close to beaches, downtown Ft. Lauderdale, I-95, Las Olas Blvd, Galleria Mall & FLL airport. Living room is furnished, but the room is not. You will be taking the master bedroom. Water, cable/internet, sewer, trash are included in the rent. Utility will be separate averaging about $35 - 40 per month/person. In-building laundry. Assigned parking available and lots of guest parking space. We have a balcony facing the river.
