I’m 30yo female and employed full time. I’m l renting a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Ahwatukee and am looking to rent out the guest room until the lease ends in March 2023, in which case you can apply to take over the lease if you wish to stay longer. Otherwise this situation is ideal for someone looking to pay month to month for the next few months.

I’m pretty quiet, clean, boring, etc.. but don’t mind if you have friends and company over as long as you are respectful and clean up after yourself.

Amenities include laundry in unit, pool and spa, gym, nearby parks and is located right off the 1-10.
