I'm drama-free and I work a lot. This year in particular is a busy one for me between work and side projects.
If I'm home it's usually in a book recharging my batteries or working at the computer with headphones on.
Really just looking for someone who pays rent on time, is easy to live with, and preferably keeps just as busy.
Also worth noting is that I moved to Rego Park from the city, but still work there most of the week. It's an easy commute.
