I’m a university student at MRU, I love biking, reading and I’m a very big foodie 🍜
I’m very clean quiet and really want someone respectful, reliable, clean and can communicate well.
At this basement suites one of the best things is the lighting - we have morning light in the bedrooms and good lighting in the shared common areas (kitchen, living room)
Along with
- shared washer and dryer with the upstairs neighbours
- private entrance, and a spacious backyard! Our upstairs neighbours are super nice, and quiet.
- 15 min walk to the C-Train (red line)
- Close to amenities - grocery store, gym, gas stations, bank etc..
- parking spot inside a double garage
