Hi! I'm Dylan, a future student interested in acting, theatre, film, and entertainment. I'm planning to move to the Hollywood area next summer and am looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment near the Los Angeles Film School.

I'm clean, outgoing, respectful, and easy to get along with. I enjoy theatre, volleyball, creative projects, and spending time with friends. I'm hoping to find someone responsible who communicates well, pays bills on time, and wants a comfortable, drama-free living environment.

My target budget is around $2,000/month per person, and I'm open to exploring apartments in Hollywood, North Hollywood, East Hollywood, or nearby areas with good access to the school.
