Two bathrooms in the house; pictured bathroom is shared between this room and two others. Laundry and plenty of storage space in the basement. Please note that both bedroom closets are unfinished as pictured.

1 car garage, 1 car driveway, street parking pass easily obtainable from the county for $20/year.

Walking distance to a number of leisure and retail options in downtown Bethesda (e. g. bars, restaurants, grocery stores, CVS) as well as NIH, Walter Reed, Marriott HQ, USUHS, HHMI, and Bethesda metro.

Utilities are split five ways and vary by month; average $150 per person. Security deposit is $800.
