I am looking for preferably (a) male roommate(s). I have a master bedroom with a private bath is now open for rent. The room has 2 big closets and comes with a parking space, also a storage. Shared livingroom and kitchen. It's a great community, too. Why is this so great?
- Near Camino college and a primary school so safety is perfect.
- 5 minute walk to Ralph's and Target.
- Costco, dollar tree, 99c, smart & finals, Tokyo Central market and German market are in the area
- Korean BBQ everywhere
- 10 min drive to Kaiser Permanente, Torrance Memorial and Harbor-UCLA hospital
- 20 min drive to LAX
- 5 min away to the 91, 110 and 405

Ready to move in. Monthly rent is $975 (utilities not included - probably $60 more). It'll be $487.50 if you share the room with someone else. The deposit is $1000. It's a 1-year lease. I love this area so I prefer someone to live here long term.

Requirements from the property manager:
- Credit score: 650 or more
- Proof of income
- $35 application fee (non refund)

I am a chill, clean roommate and I pay rent on time. So, I am looking for someone who is the same and YOU MUST PAY RENT ON TIME. Please no smoking (smoke outside), no partying, no drugs. Also, I have a friendly husky named Bengi. He's living with us so it'd be great if you also love dogs
