Angel W - $450/month

Hello. I am currently about to leave the house I am renting because my landlord which is my godmother is selling it and I know she wants it off her hands. I am a very clean person, can't sleep with things everywhere. I'm not one to argue about dishes. I don't care if their yours I will wash them especially as a thank you. I also have a son that is turning 2 in May. He is a very good child and we'll mannered while still learning them. He knows a little sign language and he is mixed and loves man because he is always around his single mother lol but he will bring anyone joy like he does me.
I am not one to sit around. That's makes me go crazy .... I have to keep a job or 2 to to keep myself busy, mind busy, and motivated. I'm open to alot of things so any other questions I'm willing to answer.
