I’ve been a Respiratory Therapist for over 30 yrs. I’m going thru a divorce and looking for a place during this process while the court assesses my half of the assets and division of property. I have a 6 yr old daughter, whom I have 50% of the time. Just as you , the provider of your property, is concerned about who you will lease to, I too, will be very selective with my decision on my daughter’s behalf. Being a homeowner myself, I will value and respect your home and privacy. I am extremely neat, clean, respectful.
