Two queen-sized rooms available August 1 in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment; 2 blocks from the Dekalb L and a 5–10 minute walk to the Myrtle-Wyckoff M/L.

The apartment is a second story walkup, with laundry in the basement and access to a shared rooftop. Both rooms get great natural light, have closets, and easily fit a queen bed with room to spare. (Common areas are fully furnished, but not the bedrooms.)

I’m pretty clean and just ask that roommates clean up after themselves. No strict rules, just general respect for the space. The apartment stays pretty low-key overall, and I’m hoping to keep it feeling calm, cozy, and easy to live in.

Pets are allowed with landlord approval. I don’t have any myself, but I love animals and am definitely open to living with one :)
