I just moved back to Boston after graduating in May. Was living in Back Bay with my family this summer, but just rented a two bedroom apartment on Canal St. across from TD Garden. It's a great place with a nice outside private terrace!
I'm fun, tidy, pretty low key, but love to be out doing fun things around the city. It would be great to find a roommate who is similar in age range, professional, and low drama! In a perfect world, we'd become great friends, but would love to just meet someone easy to share space and bills with!
The apartment is pet friendly (if you want to bring a furry friend, I'm a pet lover), and I've already have many of the basics ready to go (couch, kitchen stuff, etc.) so unless you have furniture you are passionate about, your bedroom may be the only thing you need to worry about!

Just moving in to the Avenir on October 1st, but have already started moving myself in this September. Looking for someone kind who is comfortable sharing space, bills and laughs.
There are two bedrooms. The room available is 9' x10' 10" and has a bathroom directly across the hall for your own use. There's also a good sized closet in the room.
There is a terrace outside (15'4" x 24') which is huge, and figured we could find furniture for that in the spring.
