I am being displaced after almost 20 years as a live in custodian as family members passed away and new heirs want land sold and developed.

Aside from this emergency, I am honest and dependable. I am having to re-launch my whole life at this point but my side thing was always designing and building decks. More recently I have been repairing and rebuilding those and have lots of opportunity to grow my business.

I have 2 rescue dogs that no one will take but sadly and honestly both are the quietest and best behaved animals you could know. They baby sit my room all day and then love on me all through the night, you know, doggie kisses. OMG

I also have rescued a couple abandoned cats and built a house safe/keep for them which they refuse to leave. That works great. I guess they have a sense of safety and dominion. I keep that clean with pan changes at least twice per week.

I am also a writer and song writer. I am a great people person AND NOT FUSSY to live around. I hardly bother anyone unless absolutely needed, but I do love to hang out and converse.

I have been relegated to my whole world being in 1 room approx 14 x 14 including my entire animal family. It actually works so well its crazy.

I am honest and a great person to have your back for favors and emergencies. I have worked with autistic kids, battered and abused kids, animal rescue efforts, and nursing homes.

I have a perfect background record although the current property inheritors are attempting an eviction which is absurd. They OWE ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and I do have a great attorney making filings against them. I am ready to move on from that situation and work for a better future.

I am only a few certifications away from qualifying for really good paying jobs and would like to be able to do that. Its just a matter of having a safe and stable base to work from.

I sincerely hope that anyone who can help me in that regard will also allow me to be a help to them also so both sides find benefit.
