Room available in 3 bed/1 bath South Philly home near 15th and Wharton as early as March. Would be living with me and another housemate, who is a very nice cisgender straight man. Room has 1 closet, plenty of room for a big bed and dresser at least. Central heating/air, close to the BSL Ellsworth Federal stop, close to the new Target, PETCO, and Sprouts Grocery. Washer and dryer in basement, dishwasher in kitchen, hardwood floors on first floor. I love this house and the location has been amazing.

Rent + utilities (electric, water, Internet, gas) ranges from $550-600 in TOTAL, depending on what season it is. You will need a month for security deposit, and Sterling Real Estate, the property managers, charge a $50 application fee.

Household has one amazing and friendly cat, open to other pets if they get along, but no dogs please. Non-smoking preferred, as I’m sensitive to the smell, but it's not a deal-breaker. Looking for a responsible housemate who will be respectful to everyone’s space and pay rent and utilities on time. We’d love a longer term housemate who would want to stay for a year!
