Hi everyone!! Nice to meet you, my name is Alessia and I am looking for a roommate to sublet with me in either JULY or AUGUST for the year in my already furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the Lower East Side of Manhattan! The rent is $4,100, so as my roommate you would split with me paying $2,050. With no renter fees!! And, I've lived here for the past 8 months already.

I am someone that is clean, pretty quiet at home, and my friends say that I'm nice to be around. I am good with communication, so if anything comes up or needs to be addressed I won't shy away from having healthy communication and making sure everything is alright. I'd like someone who is also that way. In my free time, I like to have fun and explore the city where everything is happening and come back home to recharge and feel energized to take on the day. I am happy to be friends with my roommate and do stuff together outside, if they want to. I would love to have a quiet and calm home overall. Specifically, I would like to have quiet nights because I am a light sleeper and typically study at night, so I would like my new roommate to be mindful of noise at night. I wouldn't want to have guests either, unless we are setting up a time to host people on a specific day. And, in addition to exploring the city, I like to go outside for walks by the pier or parks. At home, you can probably find me doing yoga, studying or cooking!


No smoking, and pets are ok.
