This is a cozy 2 bedroom apartment on a 3rd floor walk up building with decent size of shared kitchen / common area, and bathroom. There are empty cabinets in the kitchen for your use.
The building is 5 minutes walking distance from the N/W train station, and 15 minutes train ride to Midtown from the Ditmars station. Near to coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants, laundry place is a block away, another has a pick up service.
Please note: there is NO parties, drinking or smoking in the apartment. No relatives or friends hanging out either. Cleaning after yourself, and after using common areas, as well of cleaning sharing common areas once a month is part of the deal.
Seeking a mature full time employed female, considered, who cleans after herself and pays the rent on time. You like to live in a clean space and leave the common areas as you would like to find them when you need them (clean / uncluttered).
I am a mature, considered, courteous female, mostly keeping to myself who always cleans up after herself when using common areas. After using the kitchen, I make sure to leave it ready for you to use. I expect the same.
