Quickly became family to me. Minds his space, cleans up after himself, great to grab a drink with after a long day and just chill. You are doing yourself a disservice by not living with this gentleman. Just do it.

Dan Burkhardt

Located at 125th and 2nd, ready to move in Now-Aug 1st: 1 room / 1 ba (full, private) in a two-floor duplex style apartment. There is a second apartment m entrance on the ground floor, we have a huge backyard, where we have a pool, comfortable furniture, full sized kitchen, etc, all the things

There is a full bathroom on the first floor and another on the ground floor. The outdoor space is amazing, we put in a lot of work over the last year on the lawn and it is very green now. The yard/patio is fully furnished with a large open seating area, and a nice new grill.

The place is a 3br. Currently the 3rd room is a home office, so if it stays like that the rent for you would be $1,800, however, if you’d like to split the 3rd room with me we’d split the rent as well. Whichever scenario you want to do is cool with me.

Commute:
- The 4/5 Express & 6 local train is a 5 min walk away on 125th
- The bus to LGA is one block north at 125th
