Looking For Bedroom Or Basement Apartment By November 1st. Highlands Ranch 80129 or Littleton 80126 preferred as my doctors, dentist, barber, bank, etc. are all here.

I am a clean and quiet, straight male. I desire to share kitchen and laundry room. Private bath preferred but not a deal breaker.

My last job required extensive background checks. I am a non-smoker and non-drug user. I do not currently have pets but volunteer at the Colorado Puppy Rescue and the Colorado Horse rescue. I moved to Colorado 15 years ago from Georgia. The first 5 years I rented an apartment. I have rented rooms in private homes for the last 10 years. My friends call me "J.C." which represents my first and middle names James Carl. I am 6' tall and weigh 183 lbs. My best female friend describes me as “A True Southern Gentleman”. I currently rent a basement apartment in Highlands Ranch which is being sold.

I have rented a room to JC Sanders since 2/1/2019 till present. He is a kind and courteous roommate. He is very thoughtful, helpful, and easy to get along with. JC has Paid rent early every month. I am planning on selling the house and moving which is the only reason for ending the rental with him.
