Need 4th roommate

Looking for:
- one roommate to move in immediately into a room in the basement. If you’re over 5’11” it may not be ideal due to a vent running through the room.
- Lease is through next September.

Cost:
- Rent is 825 + utilities and internet . Usually our rent is around 900-950 depending on the season.

About us:
We are 3 responsible career driven guys in late 20s. 2 of us are really into the EDM scene and work in the industry. We have lived here the past year and got along fine and respectfully our 4th roomie had to move sadly.

About the place:

- located in edgewater right by Sloans lake. Great location. 15-20 minutes to downtown. 20 to red rocks. 30-40 to Boulder. 1 hour to springs or out to the mountains. Tons of grocery stores, restaurants, and gyms near by.

- Kitchen has a dish washer
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- storage space if needed.

- Your bathroom has the jacuzzi tub pictured.
