We are all vaccinated/boosted and take each other’s health very seriously. We love open and honest communication and find that it’s incredibly important to maintain a happy household. It is important to us that you know how to express your needs and trust that we want to hear them, and vice versa. We aim to have house meetings every other week to check in, have some dinner, and play a board game or two.

She's a silly tattooed and kinky 'twilight princess' with the best internet memes. She introverts like Alan Watts with the gravitas of Jenna Marbles (and the sass of Ruby Ibarra). Spreadsheets excite her nearly as much as bowls of sugar sweets and warm gooey strawberry shortcake.

~About the space~
One bedroom in a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment has opened up and is available as early as November 1st! The room up for grabs is large with a view of the entire city. The apt has views of Lands End, GG bridge, and all across this beautiful city to the bay bridge. The kitchen is enormous with 6 eye stove and a center island. The dining room houses a large dining table that can fit an 8 person DnD group. We also have a living space with a working fireplace for when you’re craving a cozy time in a communal area.
The entire apt is new and exceptionally well crafted with sparkling baths and large windows. In addition to the laundry room, which has both a washer and dryer, we also have access to a shared backyard with our neighbors.
We swear on Odin's beard this apartment is even more impressive than mere pictures can show.
~Location~
We are located right across the street from the beautiful Land's End trail and a short walk to either Ocean Beach, Golden Gate park, and the Presidio. (Sometimes at night it's so quiet, with your windows open, you can hear coyotes softly cooing.)

Street parking is incredibly easy in this part of the city and you’ll find that with the exception of festivals, you’ll typically be able to find parking within a 2 or 3 block radius.
There’s a CVS and grocery store a few blocks away along with a solid amount of restaurants and coffee shops.
~Costs and details~
Rent is $1,400 and Utilities including internet are split 4 ways (which can range from $150-$200 per month). Unfortunately no pets are allowed (despite our love of furry friends). We ask that you sign a year lease with us, and endure a persnickety probing.
