You will have 1 unfurnished bedroom and 1 private bathroom to yourself, along with shared common area. You will also share a den storage space in the unit and a storage locker in the basement! There is one parking space available that is currently occupied – it can be available for an additional fee.

Our home is simple and minimal, which makes it spacious and easy to clean. We get plenty of sunlight during the day. We have a lovely extended balcony overseeing greenery and buildings.

Condo amenities include full laundry room, gym, pool, party room, outdoor BBQs, badminton/basketball court, etc. There is a 24-hour concierge in the lobby. The people living here are kind and I haven’t had any issues with neighbours. Our landlord is helpful and laid-back.

From our home, you can walk less than 10 minutes to Leslie Station for your traveling needs. We are also very close to McDonalds, Ikea, Canadian Tire, North York General Hospital, and other smaller shops.
