Hi! I (32M) and my roommate (31M) are looking for a third roommate to share our apartment for the upcoming year (6/2025-2026). The apartment is on a high floor with amenities, with a good view and in a convenient location. I work from home full time and we both like to keep the apartment clean. The listed room has it's own bathroom (not connected directly) separate from ours. The apartment is typically quiet, and sometimes we like to watch sports (NBA, NFL) and the occasional TV show together in the living room.
The furniture in the pictures will be removed and the room will be cleaned out prior to move in.
