Hi everyone, my name is Jason and I'm renting out my spare bedroom here in North Miami just 3 blocks from Biscayne Blvd where all the shops and supermarkets are (Publix, Wholefoods, Flannigans, Home Depot, Wendys, etc etc).

The rent is $880 a month and includes electric and Wifi

There is an LA Fitness 4 blocks away and a Planet Fitness down NE 125th at downtown (abt 9 blocks away)

About myself, im 55, gay male who seeks same to share the place. I prefer someone who is mature and not a party person. I worked in law enforcement for 21 years, so no drugs of any type.

Near by amenities: Haulover nude beach is a 10 minute drive
Bal Harbour shops just over the bridge
Aventura Mall 12 minute drive
Buses. 125 goes east and west towards beach and downtown North Miami
There is also a bus that goes up and down Biscayne Blvd north and south

About the room: furnished with king-size bed, and comes with own walk-in closet and bathroom

The apartment is divided in a way where both bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides divided by the living room

I'll be showing the place starting May 20th. I travel a lot so basically you'll have the place to yourself on occasion

I need a responsible non-smoking roommate.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a 6 floor elevator building. A future parking space will be available at the cost to the association for $30 a month.
