Hi everyone!
My brother (30 M) and I (26 F) are seeking a roommate for our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome in the Van Nuys area to move in the month of May! We could possibly be open to moving sometime in April if need be as well. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly house and we have 3 adorable cats. We are originally from Washington, but I moved to LA in 2019 and my brother in 2020.
The rent is $1,500/month with some utilities included.
The complex is called Sherman Circle, you can look up the website to see more about amenities. We are looking for a roommate around their late 20s or older who can sublease the room (our current lease is signed for 1 year ending 3/01/2026) for the entire year, or at least 6 months or longer. This is a private master bedroom, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet attached. The town home is 2 stories, with the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, my brother's bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, and a small den, balcony, my room, and the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. There are two gyms and two pools on the property, there is a gym and a pool near our townhome, as well as a larger pool and gym located in the main building with the apartments (just a short walk away). There is covered parking available, but we are only guaranteed 2 spots. There is also some street parking as the building is located around a residential neighborhood, so normally one of us will park on the street if we can find some. This property is right off Van Nuys Blvd, and is 5 min away from the 405 freeways. Close to Sherman Oaks and other surrounding areas with lots of food options.
